Dear Forever 21 store
I bought a V Neck knit top at Wisma outlet on 9-2-08.I only started wearing it recently. However, to my dismay , I realise the stitching at one of the sleeves came off.
On closer examination, I dicovered the stitiching was not well done, without proper reinforcing. A such, I would like to have an exchange.
