One of my crystal on my watch had dropped out, I brought it to fix one on 3rd Jan 2010, on 17th Jan 2010 I went to collect it but then the replaced crystal was obviously smaller than the original so I requested to have a replacement although they were very unwilling. I think that is why till now, 16th March 2010, I’m still unable to collect my watch. What a poor service.
